Incubatethissamplefor30min.at4°C

Centrifugeat13,000rpm(Eppendorf)for10min.at4°C

Remove160µlsupernatant/embryo,avoidingpelletcontaminationofthesupernatant

Samplescanbestored,ifnotusedthesameday,inaliquotsat-20°C

DoELISAaccordingtomanufacturer"sinstructions.
