ThePyrex-NitrideprobesfromNanoWorldhavesiliconnitridecantileverswithverylowforceconstants.TheprobeseriesfeaturesasupportchipthatismadeofPyrex.TheTRseriesfeaturestwodifferenttriangularcantileversoneachsideoftheprobei.e.fourcantileversintotal.Bothsidesofthechiphaveidenticalcantilevers.
