Purity/Specifity

Anti-AKT1antibodyisdirectedagainsthumanAKT1.Theantibodydetectsbothunphosphorylatedandphosphorylatedformsoftheprotein.Anti-AKT1antibodywaspurifiedfromascitesbyProteinAchromatography.CrossreactivitywithAKT1fromotherspecieshasnotbeendetermined,however,thesequenceoftheimmunogenshows85%identitytomouseand92%identitywithrat,therefore,crossreactivityisexpected.
