Format:
4 Liters of concentrated TBST 20x, When diluted with water, the Tris-Buffered Saline-Tween (1x) final concentration is: 150mM NaCl, 20mM Tris, 0.05% Tween 20.pH 7.5 ± 0.1 at room temperature (22 ± 2 °C)
Recommend starting dilution:
Dilute the 4 Liters of TBST 20x with 76 liters of distilled or deonized water (up to 80 liters). Mix well; The solution should be clear and without particulate matters
