ThebenchtopflowcytometerMACSQuant®Xgivesyouaccesstoaffordableandeasy-to-use,high-throughputflowcytometry.BuildingonthecoreofoursuccessfullineofMACSQuantInstruments,wehavedevelopedaflowcytometercapableofprocessingvarioustypesoftubesandplates,including384-and96-wellplates.
Builtwithspeedinmind,theMACSQuantXgivesyouaccesstorecordamountsofdatainashortperiodoftime.Withthreelasers(405,488,638nm),10-parameterexperimentscanbeperformedin15minutesfora96-wellplateandinlessthan60minutesfora384-wellplate.Eachsampleissavedasanindividualfile,allowingyoutoeitheranalyzeeverysampleontheflyoraccessready-to-analyzesamplesimmediatelyaftertheplateprocessinghasfinished.
Theinstrumentenablesconsistentresultswithaslittleas5µLuptakevolumepersample,itstilldeliversconsistentlylowcoeffientvariation(CV)values,regardlessofthechosenflowrateandinputvolume.Allofthiswhilestillfulfillingtheindustry’sstandardoflessthan0.01%carryoverbetweensamples.
TheMACSQuantXisalsotheonlyflowcytometertooffertwodifferentsamplemixingoptions.Theintegratedvibrationneedlecanindividuallymixeverysinglewellofaplate.TheMACSQuantXOrbitalShakerenablesa2-dimensionalmixingofallsampleswithintheplateatonce.Thisshaker,allowsforaneasyexperimentalset-upandtoswitchdirectlybetweenasingletube,tuberack,ordifferentplatetypes.
