Purpose
Ready-to-use AAV5 particles produced from pAAV-hSyn-dLight1.2 (#111068). In addition to the viral particles, you will also receive purified pAAV-hSyn-dLight1.2 plasmid DNA.
Synapsin-driven expression of dLight1.2 dopamine sensor. This sensor has a slightly increased dynamic range and is better for 2P imaging in vivo. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.Delivery
