- This antibody was tested for specificity using double-immunodiffusionin agarose gels and ELISA analysis. In the latter, a 1:300,000 dilution gave an O.D. of 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction using tetramethyl-benzidine as substrate.
- Recommend Usage:
- ELISAWestern Blot(1:5000)The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
- Storage Buffer:
- In 50mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 0.1M NaCl, (0.2% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal).
- Storage Instruction:
- Store at 4°C and avoid from light. For long term storage, dilute the antibody with sterile glycerol and store it at -20°C.Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
