Product Description | Salbutamol is an adrenergic beta-agonists which is banned for use as feed additives. The anti-Salbutamol Antibody is produced in rabbit using Salbutamol-KLH conjugates and affinity purified using Salbutamol-agarose. The purified anti-salbutamol was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP). The antibody conjugates were proved to be useful for detection and quantization of Salbutamol in direct competitive ELISA. |  Direct competitive ELISA for Salbutamol antibody HRP :
