Enhanced PLUS Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP is a HRP-conjugate specific for binding Rabbit IgG and it is characterized by an enhanced molar ratio of 80-110 HRP enzymes covalently coupled to a polymer backbone.
Enhanced PLUS Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP conjugate enables an up to 6- fold increase in sensitivity in ELISA compared to conventional conjugate and offers pg/fg sensitivity levels. The conjugate offers several advantages when limited amounts of antibody or antigen are available:
- Signal amplification
- Ultrasensitive detection
- Faster assay time
- Recommended when only minimal amounts of specific antibody or antigen is available
