| Specificity: | The ELISA detects predominantly invertebrate tropomyosin from: dust mites (D pteronyssinus and D farinae), cockroach, shrimp, crab, lobster, clam, oyster. Mammaliam or avian tropomyosin from beef, pork, lamb, and turkey do not react in the assay. | |||
