| Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 (GSK3) belongs to the serine/threonine family of protein kinases involved in intermediary metabolism. Two related genes encode two GSK3 isoforms, GSK3α (51kD) and GSK3β (46kD). GSK3 is implicated in the control of several regulatory proteins, including glycogen synthase and transcription factors. It also plays a role in the WNT and PI3K signalling pathways.Symansis 3008-2C works excellently in IP and IB applications. It is expected to also react in IHC applications however that application is currently untested. | |
