Anti-ERK2, total Antibody
The extracellular signal-related kinase 1 and 2 (ERK1 and ERK2), also known as p44 and p42 MAP kinases, are members of the Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) family of proteins found in all eukaryotes. The ERK1/2 signaling cascade is a critical regulator of cell differentiation, cell physiology and neuronal function. Atypical ERK1/2 activity is implicated in a variety of conditions including cancer and autoimmune diseases.
