1)HorseradishperoxidaseconjugatescanbeusedforWesternblot,ELISA,immunohistochemistryandotherstandardimmunoassayapplications. TheenzymelabelcanbevisualizedwithchromogenicsubstratessuchasDAB,ABTS,TMBandTMBUSinthepresenceofhydrogenperoxide.Label10-20ug,25-50ug,or50-100ugofantibodyinabout3hours.
2)Glucoseoxidaseisanenzymewhichcatalysestheoxidationofglucosewiththereleaseofhydrogenperoxide.Label25-50ug,or50-100ugofantibodyin2hours.
