Contains mouse cardiac troponin I, mouse cardiac troponin C, mouse cardiac troponin T.Total content (in mg) is given per troponin I content.
Presentation:
Lyophilized from 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2, 20 mM Tris, pH 7.5.
Storage Conditions:
-20 °C (between -15 and -30 °C allowed)-70 °C for long term storage (between -65 and -80 °C allowed)
Other information:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing after reconstitution.It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution.For better stability it is recommended to prepare stock solutions of troponin complex with final concentration of cardiac troponin I not less than 1000 ng/ml.
