RNAscope® HiPlex8 Detection Reagents kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed using ACD"s patented signal amplification technology. The reagents can be used to detect upto 8 RNA targets in a single tissue section. Each detection kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). The detection reagents contain AMP1, AMP2, AMP3, Fluoro T1-T4, Fluoro T5-T8, and DAPI. To run the detection reagents you will need the RNAscope HiPlex probes, HiPlex Cleaving Stock Solution (PN 324130), pretreatment reagents (based on your tissue type) and the wash buffer reagents(PN 310091). RNAscope HiPlex Image Registration Software (PN 300065) required for adequate imaging.
