RNAscope® Fluorescent Multiplex Reagent Kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. (Alexa-488, Atto-550 and Atto-647). Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 320851), RNAscope® Protease III and Protease IV Reagents (PN 322340),RNAscope® Wash Buffer (PN 310091).
