RiboGone-Mammalian kit는 human, mouse, rat의 total RNA 샘플로부터 5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S nuclear rRNA (Ribosomal RNA) 뿐만아니라 12S mtRNA (mitochondrialRNA)를 제거하는 시약이다. 특히, RiboGone은 FFPE 샘플과 같이 degradation된 샘플뿐만 아니라낮은 quality의 RNA 샘플에도 적용 가능하다. RiboGone-Mammalian Kit는 random-primed cDNAsynthesis와 RNA-seq 또는transcriptom분석 실험 전, sample preparation 과정에 적합하다(including the SMARTer Stranded RNA-Seq Kit(634836), the SMARTer Universal Low Input RNA Kit for Sequencing(634938),and the SMARTer Universal Low Input RNA Library Prep Kit (634947))(그림 1).
