6X Loading Dye Solution10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 60mM EDTA, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF and 60% glycerol

Usage Recommendation Use 0.05-0.10μg of the DNA marker per 1mm width of gel lane
