The Deletion Kit for Kilo-Sequencing is designedto facilitate DNA sequencing, especiallysequencing of long DNAfragments cloned into the multiple cloning sites of M13 phage vectors (mp18/19) or pUC-related plasmid or phagemid vectors (pUC18/19).
