Our DNA index kits contain PCR primers for the amplification of Illumina-compatible NGS libraries. These index kits can be used with ourDNA-seq kitsand SMART-Seq RNA-seq kits (including solutions for single-cell applications) to generate libraries for use in multiplexed sequencing experiments. The primers are available in tube-based (Cat. # R400664–R400668, R400695 & R400697) and plate-based (Cat. # R400660–R400663, R400744 & R400745) formats.
