Details
IPTG, Isopropyl β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside, binds the lac repressor and induces expression of β-galactosidase in E. coli. IPTG is widely used to induce the expression of cloned genes under the control of the lac operon and to screen blue/white colony in X-gal plate. Note: To prepare 10 mL 1M IPTG stock solution, weight 2.38 g IPTG and dissolve in 8 ml distilled water, adjust to a final volume of 10 ml with distilled water. Sterile the solution using a 0.22 um syringe filter. Aliquot the stock and store under -20°C for up to one year. Expression of GST-UCHL3 in BL21 (DE3) cells was induced by the addition of 25 μM (lane 3), 100 μM (lane 4), 200 μM (lane 5) or 400 μM (lane 6) IPTG at 37 0C for 2 hours. Lane 2 without IPTG.>>> 更多资讯详情请访问蚂蚁淘商城
