Carboxyl-Reactive Resin (Immobilized DADPA coupling resin, DADPA Agarose, Immobilized Diaminodipropylamine) is a useful carboxyl coupling resin with an 8-atom spacer arm and a free primary amine (-NH2). ProteoChem"s Carboxyl-Reactive Resin is DADPA-activated crosslinked 6% beaded agarose that can be used to immobilize carboxylic acid (-COOH) containing compounds or proteins for generating affinity columns through the carboxyl groups when used in combination with EDC-HCl (EDAC-HCl). Carboxyl-Reactive Resin coupling gel is supplied as a 50% slurry (15 mL resin = 30 mL slurry).

Support: Diaminodipropylamine (DADPA) is immobilized on 6% crosslinked beaded agarose gel.Activation Level: ≥ 16 μmol amine/ml of resin.
