Specificityofanti-diglycyl-lysine(cloneGX41)isverifiedbywesternblotanalysisofbeta-lactoglobulin,lysozyme,orratbrainlysate,inwhichthelysineswereeitherunmodified(A)ormodifiedwithGly-Gly(B),respectively. Asshownabove,theGX41exhibitsnodetectablereactivitywithproteinsunlessthelysinesaremodifiedwithGly-Gly.
