CytoForm®-110consistsof483Dprintedcalciumphosphatescaffoldsina96-wellplate.Eachlayerisrotatedby45°foroptimalcellseedingefficiency.Thescaffoldsconsistofsyntheticcalciumphosphates,mainlyalpha-tricalciumphosphateandnanocrystalline,calciumdeficienthydroxyapatite.Thesescaffoldsprovideinterconnectedporosity(forvascularization),highbioactivity,easyhandling,workABIlityandhighmechanicalstability.Thesefeaturesmakethesubstratesidealforcellcultureinboneandhardtissueregeneration.

  2. Allowcollagentopolymerizewithinthescaffoldfor60-90minutesat37°C.
  3. Fillthewellwithcellculturemediumuntilthescaffoldiscompletelycovered.
