Thisproductisanaffinitypurifiedantibodyproducedbyimmunoaffinitychromatographyusingphosphopeptidecoupledtoagarosebeadsfollowedbysolidphaseadsorption(s)againstnon-phosphopeptideandnon-specificpeptidetoremoveanyunwantedreactivities.ThisantibodyisspecificforphosphorylatedhumanAPC1proteinatthepS377residue.ABLASTanalysiswasusedtosuggestreactivitywiththisproteinfromhuman,dog,rat,andbovinebasedon100%homologyfortheimmunogensequence.CrossreactivitywithAPC1proteinfrommouseisexpected,asthissequenceshow90%homologousbetweenhumanandmouse.CrossreactivitywithAPC1homologuesfromothersourceshasnotbeendetermined. Minimalreactivityisexpectedwiththenon-phosphorylatedformoftheprotein.
