Peptidase inhibitor 16 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PI16 gene. PI16 (Peptidase Inhibitor 16) is a variable molecular weight (MW) member of the CRISP family of proteins. It is expressed by cardiomyocytes and serves as an autocrine negative growth regulator.
Optimal dilution of the PI16 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
A human recombinant partial protein (amino acids L28-L363) was used as the immunogen for the PI16 antibody.
After reconstitution, the PI16 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
