TheFluoroSpotassayisaninventivedevelopmentoftheELISpotassayandusesfluorescentdetectioninsteadofcolorimetric.Thisallowsforsimultaneousdetectionofseveralanalytes,whichisamajoradvantage.ThehumanIFN-γ/IL-2/TNF-αFluoroSpotkitisperfectforuserswhowishtohaveaconvenientassaywithminimizedassayvariABIlity.Itenablesenumerationofcellssecretingone,twoorthreeanalytes.Thekitincludeslowfluorescentplatespre-coatedwithmonoclonalcaptureantibodies,monoclonaldetectionantibodies,secondaryreagentsconjugatedtofluorophores,afluorescenceenhancerandananti-CD28monoclonalantibodyforco-stimulation.ApolyclonalactivatorforhumanTcells(mAbCD3-2)issuppliedasapositivecontrolforcytokinesecretion.
