TheFluoroSpotassayisaninventivedevelopmentoftheELISpotassayandusesfluorescentdetectioninsteadofcolorimetric.Thisallowsforsimultaneousdetectionofseveralanalytes,whichisamajoradvantage.ThehumanIL-1β/IL-6/TNF-αFluoroSpotkitisperfectforuserswhowishtohaveaconvenientassaywithminimizedassayvariABIlity.Itenablesenumerationofcellssecretingone,twoorthreeanalytes.Thekitincludeslowfluorescentplatespre-coatedwithmonoclonalcaptureantibodies,monoclonaldetectionantibodies,secondaryreagentsconjugatedtofluorophoresandafluorescenceenhancer.LPSisincludedaspositivecontrolstimulus.

Theassayisrecommendedfortheanalysisofmacrophages,monocytesanddendriticcells.ThesekitshavenotbeenevaluatedforT-cells.
