Product Description
The polypeptide chain of human LRG1 (leucine rich alpha 2 glycoprotein-1) has a molecular weight of ~34,500 Da. It is N-glycosylated t multiple sites and migrates on reducing SDS PAGE gels as a major band of ~50 kDa. It is an acute phase protein that is upregulated in the serum of patients suffering from various diseases including ovarian cancer, Kawasaki disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
