ITO (Inidum Tin Oxide) Coated Glass Slides for MALDI-TOF MS Imaging
ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) coated glass slides from Nanocs are ideal for Maldi-Tof mass spectrometry imaging applications. ITO coated glass slides are conductive and transparent, which enables Maldi Mass imaging and light microscopy observation on the same sample. Nanocs manufactures a number of surface functional ITO coated glass slides for Maldi Tof mass applications. Besides our regular ITO coated glass slides, we also offer ITO coated coverslips and C18 or C14 modified ITO glass with high surface hydrophobicity. Hydrophobic ITO surface enables Maldi-MS imaging of peptides and other biomolecules with high resolution. Nanocs ITO coated glass slides come with different surface resistivity from 5 ohm/sq to 100 ohm/sq, with option of thickness 0.55 mm, 0.7 mm and 1.1 mm. Our ITO coated glass slides and coverslips have excellent surface roughness with their thickness deviation around +-5 nm. Thickness of these ITO glass range from 50 nm to 700 nm depends on their surface resistivity. Optical transmission of these ITO coated glass slides is over 85% in the visible light range.
