ReactionSteps:

Dissolvetargetedmaterialsinpegylationbuffer.Estimatetheconcentrationofprimaryaminegroupsonthetargetedmaterials.AddPEGaldehydestocksolutiontothetargetedconjugationmaterialswiththefinalconcentrationkeepatleast10mg/mL.Allowmixtureagitatesatroomtemperaturefor2~4hrsatroomtemperatureorovernight4⁰C.Afterreaction,C=Nbondcanbereducedbysodiumborohydride.Conjugatecanbepurifiedeitherbysizeexclusionchromatographyordialysis.
