| Description | TheBiosensis®Multi-NeurotrophinRapidTMScreeningELISAkithasbeendesignedtoallowrapidscreeningandquantificationofhumanNGF,BDNF,NT3andNT4/5incellculturesupernatants,lysates,serum,plasma(EDTAandcitrate)andbrainextractsonlyifusedasdirected.Pleaserefertothekitprotocolforspecificuseinstructionsforeachsubstrateapplication,inparticularhumanserumandplasmasamples. Thistwo-platekitconsistsoffoursetsof6stripsforeachNeurotrophin,allowingfortheassayof16samplesperNeurotrophintestedandafullrangeofstandards,allruninduplicate.Itprovidestheidenticalsensitivitiesandrangesthatareachievedinthecomplete,individualELISAkits,thusallowingeasyprogressionintothelargerindividualassaysizeswhenneeded.TheMulti-NeurotrophinRapidTMScreeningELISAkitthereforepresentsacosteffectivewaytoquicklyscreenmultiplesamples,whichcanthenbepublishedorusedpriortoamoreextensiveanalysiswiththeindividualkits.Thekitcomescompletewithalldetectionreagentsandisreadytouse.Individualcoatedstripsareprovidedandeachsetofstandardsanddetectionantibodiesarecolor-coded.
