LEGENDplex™ Human IGFBP Panel Capture Beads are intended for use with the following reagents:740471 (LEGENDplex™ Human IGFBP Panel Detection Antibodies)740470 (LEGENDplex™ Human IGFBP Panel Standard)740374 (LEGENDplex™ Buffer Set C)The assembled Human IGFBP Mix and Match Panel is a multiplex bead-based assay panel that uses fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of up to 7 IGFBPs: IGFBP-1, IGFBP-2, IGFBP-3, IGFBP-4, IGFBP-6, IGFBP-7, and IGFALS. This assay panel provides broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and other biological fluids samples.
