Specificity: H3 binds a distinct epitope to clones H10 and H5.
Application Notes: The VH and VL sequences of H3 were used to generate a chimeric recombinant IgE antibody. The binding of chimericH3 to Der p 2 was confirmed using SPR, with a Kd value approaching 10 nM. SPR also showed it binds distinct epitopes to clones H5 and H10.
