Description

The E.Z.N.A.® FastFilter Plasmid Maxi Kits provide Lysate Clearance Filter Syringes for fast large-scale plasmid isolation. The syringe format system is designed to replace the centrifugation step following alkaline lysis of bacterial cells. Omega Bio-tek Lysate Clearance Filter Syringes completely remove SDS precipitates and clear bacterial lysates in a fraction of the time required for centrifugation.
