Overview:
IP10 or interferon gamma inducible protein 10 is a member of the CXC chemokine family that plays a role in pleiotropic effects, including stimulation of monocytes, natural killer and T-cell migration, and modulation of adhesion molecule expression. IP10 participate in the regulation of angiogenesis during inflammation and tumorigenesis (1). IP10 plays a role in the generation and delivery of an effector T-cell response (2).
