ÄQStartTMTaqDNApolymerasecontainspurifiedmonoclonalantibodiesthatbindtothepolymeraseandkeepitinactivepriortotheinitialPCRdenaturationstep.Uponheatactivation(1minuteat94°C),theantibodiesdenatureirreversibly,releasingfullyactive,unmodifiedTaqDNApolymerase.Thisenablesspecificandefficientprimerextensionwiththeconvenienceofroomtemperaturereactionassembly.
