Preparation:ProducedfromseraofrabbitsimmunizedwithhighlypureRecombinantHumanUteroglobin.Anti-HumanUteroglobin-specificantibodywaspurifiedbyaffinitychromatographyemployinganimmobilizedHumanUteroglobinmatrix.
Immunogen:E.coli derivedRecombinantHumanUteroglobin (PeproTechcatalog#150-18)
SandwichELISA:TodetectHumanUteroglobinbysandwichELISA(using100μl/well),aconcentrationof0.5-2.0μg/mlofthisantibodyisrequired.Thisantigenaffinitypurifiedantibody,inconjunctionwithPeproTech’sBiotinylatedAnti-HumanUteroglobin(500-P330BT)asadetectionantibody,allowsthedetectionofatleast2000-4000pg/mlofRecombinantHumanUteroglobin.
WesternBlot:TodetectHumanUteroglobinbyWesternBlotanalysisthisantibodycanbeusedataconcentrationof0.1-0.2μg/ml.Whenusedinconjunctionwithcompatiblesecondaryreagents,thedetectionlimitforRecombinantHumanUteroglobinis1.5-3.0ng/lane,undereitherreducingornon-reducingconditions.
