2.Placeflaskontopofthehotplate/stirrerinsidethefumecupboardandsettheheatcontrolto7withmoderatestirring.Allowthesolutiontowarmup-itwillturnfrombeingcloudytoclearwhenready.Inspectregularlytoavoidover-heatingandconsequentspilling.

3.Whentheparaformaldehydehasdissolved,switchofftheheatbutleavetostir:donothandleforsafetyreasons.Allowtocool.
