Background information
Clone BW135/80 recognizes the human CD8 antigen. This cell surface glycoprotein is present on 20-30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD8 is strongly expressed on CD8-positive T cells and thymocytes and dimly on a subset of NK cells and CD8-positive γ/δ Τ cells. CD8 acts as a co-receptor with MHC class I-restricted T cell receptors in antigen recognition.Applications
MACS® GMP CD8 Fluorescent Antibodies are for identification of CD4-positive cells by flow cytometry as well as cell enrichment by flow cytometric sorting.Quality statement
MACS GMP Products are manufactured and tested under a quality management system (ISO 13485) and are in compliance with relevant GMP guidelines. They are designed following the recommendations of USP <1043> on ancillary materials.1043>>>> 更多资讯详情请访问蚂蚁淘商城
