CCK-8 Kit 细胞活性检测试剂中含有WST-8，化学名：2-（2-甲氧基-4-硝基苯基）-3-（4-硝基苯基） -5-（2,4-二磺酸苯）-2H-四唑单钠盐]，它在电子载体1-甲氧基-5-甲基吩嗪鎓硫酸二甲酯（1-Methoxy PMS）的作用下被细胞线粒体中的脱氢酶还原为具有高度水溶性的黄色甲瓒产物（Formazan）。生成的甲瓒物的数量与活细胞的数量成正比。用酶联免疫检测仪在450nm波长处测定其光吸收值，可间接反映活细胞数量。该CCK-8 Kit方法已被广泛用于一些生物活性因子的活性检测、大规模的抗肿瘤药物筛选、细胞增殖试验、细胞毒性试验以及药敏试验等。

Product DescriptionCell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) allows sensitive colorimetric assays for the determination of cell viability in cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. Dojindo’s highly water-soluble tetrazolium salt, WST-8*, is reduced by dehydrogenase activities in cells to give a yellow-color formazan dye, which is soluble in the tissue culture media. The amount of the formazan dye, generated by the activities of dehydrogenases in cells, is directly proportional to the number of living cells.
