胎牛血清或FBS是许多类型细胞培养基的重要组成部分。但对于有兴趣从培养细胞中分离外泌体的研究人员来说,标准FBS可能会引入不需要的并发症 - 牛外泌体,这可能会导致严重的背景问题或干扰功能研究。这就是为什么SBI开发了Exo-FBS,我们的砖利外泌体耗尽的FBS。
