This high-throughput method is designed to measure residual human host cell DNA. The kit includes our proprietary extraction procedure for isolating residual DNA without the use of iodine or glycogen. The time to completion of analysis is under 2 hours for multiple samples. Each kit supplies enough reagents for the analysis of 96 samples.
