Ovarian carcinoma
Medium: AddexBio-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium(C0004-01) + 10% FBS + 1 uM Cisplatin
Subculture: 1:5 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells will attach slowly after resuscitation and take up to 7 days to reach confluency. Recommendation: recover cells in media without cisplatin. Add after subculture of attached cells.
