3C1, 3C6(MAb 3C8 is available under Cat.#2-CEA-iv)Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human natural tumor-derived purified CEA antigen.
Specificity:
MAb 3C6: epitope specificity group IMAb 3C1: epitope specificity group IVa or IIEpitope specificity is given per ISOBM classification. MAbs are not cross-reacting with human leukocytes in cytofluorometry.
MAb Isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 3C1, 3C6
Applications:
MAbs 3C6 can be used in immunohistochemistry.MAbs 3C1 and 3C6 are working in EIA. MAbs 3C1 and 3C6 are working in Western blotting. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 3C6 – 3C1
