Description:
IGFBP-5 is expressed as full length mature protein (amino acids 21-272, UniProt ID = P24593).
Applications:
Suitable for use as a mass IGFBP-5 standard, standard or calibrator in immunoassay.
Analysis:
Purity > 90% (according to SDS-PAAG), including detected fragments.IGFBP-5 concentration is determined spectrophotometrically.Immunoreactivity is confirmed in sandwich immunoassay with specific monoclonal antibodies.
