1H11, 6B5, 9A9, 9F2, 10C6, 10H9New MAbs: InA331, InA334, InA414Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with influenza A/FPV H7N1 virus (MAbs 1H11, 6B5, 9A9, 9F2, 10C6, 10H9) or with Influenza A/Netherlands/219/03 H7N7 virus derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs (MAbs InA331, InA334, InA414).
Specificity:
Influenza A haemagglutinin H7.MAbs 6B5 and 10H9 have low cross-reactivity to H1.MAb 9F2 has low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H10.MAb 1H11 has also low-cross-reactivity to H1 and H13.

Applications:
MAbs 1H11, 6B5, 9A9, 9F2, 10C6 and 10H9 react with hemaglutinin H7 in hemagluttinin inhibition(HI) test.MAbs InA331, InA334 and InA414 are working in direct or indirect ELISA and in sandwich immunoassay.
