- Molecular Characterization
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 62-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Together with the interleukin 7 receptor (IL7R) and TSLP activate STAT3, STAT5, and JAK2 pathways, which control processes such as cell proliferation and development of the hematopoietic system.
