RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit v2 is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each detection kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110). Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT).
