The following image is a typical result of the Human Lung Cancer Autoantibody Protein Array. The arrays were incubated with 1:200 diluted serum samples. The results shown in Fig. A indicate no background from the biotin-labeled anti-human IgG antibody or from the fluorescent dye-labeled streptavidin. In Fig. B, a base background level is established from normal serum. This background can be subtracted during data analysis without affecting the results. Lastly, Figures C and D are the results of two individuals diagnosed with lung cancer. Several autoantibodies show clear binding.

Upon receipt, all components of the RayBio® Human Protein Array kit should be stored at -20 °C to -80 °C until just before the experiment. At -20 °C to -80 °C the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months. Please use within six months of purchase. Once thawed, the array glass slide and Blocking Buffer should be kept at –20 °C and all other component should be stored at 4 °C Use within three months after reagents have been thawed.
